If you move to a new home, please contact WeaveGrid support to have your address updated on your account. Doing so will ensure you continue to receive the benefits of participating in your EV program(s).
In your email, please include:
- “Address Update” as the subject line
- The email address associated with your WeaveGrid account
- The new address where your home charging will take place
- The new billing account number (if applicable)
- The date you moved
